Epiphany

No, I didn't have an epiphany today.  Today is Epiphany.  Also known as Three Kings Day.

Happy Epiphany, everyone.

What I did have today is a no-spend day.  Kind of like having an epiphany. 

I stayed at home today and didn't spend any money.  I did do some work -- both of a housework nature and an online nature, with a little volunteering-for-the-kids-school work thrown in for good measure.  I washed (and folded!) several loads of laundry.  I stripped the kids beds, changed their sheets, and washed their dirty linens.

I also made good progress on my upgrading-my-online-store-software-and-making-a-custom-theme-for-the-store project; now that's a project that's eating my lunch!  I'm in way over my head and loving nearly every minute of it.  If I were the superstitious type I might take the two sizable orders that came in tonight as a good omen.  Even if the sales aren't a good omen, they're certainly a welcome blessing.
