I just received a phone call.…

Oh wow.

Oh, WOW.

oh wow!

wow

I’m stunned.  I’m in shock.  I just received a phone call from my doctor’s office.  I assumed they were calling to remind me of an upcoming appointment but I was wrong.  The woman on the other end of the line announced they’d received the results of my sleep study test.  They were normal.  The results were normal.

Poor woman.  I was so confused.  Does this mean I no longer have sleep apnea?  Apparently.  You mean I no longer have to sleep hooked up to my CPAP?  She guesses so.  Normal?  Normal?  Are you sure they’re normal?

My head is spinning.  I’m shocked.  I can’t wait to go to bed tonight!  I get to sleep like a normal person.  No mask.  No tubes.  No air.  No marks on my face, no dents in my sinuses.

I’ll never have to buy another mask or tube or air filter.  No more dealing with the CPAP through airport security.  One less piece of luggage when I travel.  No more worrying about an empty outlet.

No CPAP.

No apnea.

Oh wow.
