Total Spent Today: $75.63

Although I was tired and feeling very impaired (… still can’t decide if I have the flu or a bad Fibromyalgia flare-up), I managed to make myself go out and run some necessary errands once a car was made available. I had two lunches to prepare and realized that we had no lunch meat and not a single slice of bread in the house. And The Daughter had a jacket on hold and I had pants to return from our shopping trip yesterday.

Gap Outlet — $25.65
A cream & black Buffalo Plaid jacket for The Daughter. Had she not had two gift cards to apply to the purchase, she would have passed on the jacket despite the fact that she fell in love with it (actual price: $75.65). But taking $25.65 out of her clothing budget seemed a prudent decision in her mind. I hope time proves her right and she gets lots of use out of the jacket.

Credit received when I returned the khakis I purchased for The Son.

I exchanged the larger pair of khakis for a second pair of 31×32 khakis for The Son. He still has a few weeks left in some of his current stock of khakis and chinos and when they are all outgrown, I’m going to see how long we can get by with two pair of khakis and one pair of jeans.
