Cashing in on the Economic Stimulus?

Through a typ­i­cally ser­pen­tine path of fol­low­ing links this morn­ing, I dis­cov­ered that both Sears and Kroger are offer­ing incen­tives to con­sumers will­ing to cash in their Eco­nomic Stim­u­lus checks.
