The house clos­ing went rather smoothly this morn­ing.  What a relief!  We ran into the buyer’s at the title com­pany and my mom and the new own­ers had one more chance to wish each other the best of luck and promise to keep in touch.  I’m glad she found buy­ers who will love the house [...]
