Speech Therapist — $60.00
I’m ashamed to say that this out-of-pocket speech thing is starting to get old.  The Son has definitely built a rapport with the therapist.  And he’s been writing — more than he’s ever written for me (which isn’t saying a whole heck of a lot).  But I don’t feel as though any “deep” work is happening.  When I’m not so tired and stressed about my mom and my taxes, I’m going to have to take another look at what I was hoping The Son would get out of these speech therapy sessions and what kind of outward signs I need to see in order to justify this continued expense.
