Money Management,

The visit was somewhat productive and pleasant but I didn't say it was quick ;-) I was half a step too late toward the front and got stuck behind a woman with a cart full of infant clothes. No other lines were open. The clerk had been trained to do her job correctly, but not quickly.

Bummer about the troubles you ran into. I have very little patience for inefficiency and none for incompetence in retail.

Nice to see your experience at Old Navy was pleasant, I had a visit there that was less then enjoyable. I was returning a sweater I had received for christmas (wrong size), and the employee said they weren't accepting returns yet. Even though I had seen a sign on the front of the store saying that they were now accepting returns. Long story short that visit took 25min longer then it needed to.
