Day 136: Third No-Spend Day This Month (so far)

Woo, hoo!  My third no-spend day so far this January.

Before starting this blog and logging every single purchase, every single day, I never paid attention to no-spend days.  I had no-leave days (days I didn’t leave the house) and, when lucky, no-pain days.

I’m learning to really like no-spend days, however, and think I’ll consciously work toward to having more of them each month.  The problem is that I’m not convinced that no-spend days represent saved money.  I think I end up spending the same amount of money over the course of a month — just spread out over fewer days.

Do you track/count/acknowledge no-spend days?  Do your no-spend days represent money saved or do they merely represent delayed spending?
