Suburban Wife moved from Blogger to WordPress

Hi every­one!  Sorry for the has­sles I might have caused today.  Mov­ing a blog is rather com­pli­cated and stressful!

So Sub­ur­ban Wife’s Daily Dol­lar Diary has a new home!  What do you think?

I’m still reor­ga­niz­ing and edit­ing my new theme — expect to see small changes here and there over the course of the next week or so.  And please be patient with me if (or I should say, when) things go wonky — I’ll get things back to work­ing again as soon as possible.

I debated the move for about two weeks and it wasn’t an easy deci­sion — and one I hope I don’t come to regret.  But as I’ve read more about blog­ging and Blog­ger in gen­eral, I decided that a move was inevitable and that maybe the best time to take the plunge was when the blog was rel­a­tively new.

The worst part of the heavy lift­ing work is done but I still have to:

• locate and fix bro­ken links within my posts
• pub­lish my about me page
• fine-tune the theme
• con­tact my blog­ging friends with my new address
• get my blogroll back up
• fin­ish thin­ning down my categories

I sure would wel­come any feed­back you’d be will­ing to offer about the move in gen­eral, the theme, my blog, my writ­ing style, my spend­ing habits, my children’s names, etc.
