Pioneer Sand — $12.79
Some sample rocks for my landscaping project(s). I got some Colorado Rose riprap to consider for my retaining wall but I think that the Mountain Granite will look better with the existing decorative rock and the house’s brick face. I also picked up a few pieces of 4″ Colorado Red Strip Stone to use as risers for the stairs I’d like to incorporate at the side of the house. I think those will work well but we might be better off using 8″ Strip Stone pieces instead. I’d really like to use moss rock for the retaining wall but it’s considerably more expensive per ton and I think the project will require several ton of rock which would translate into several hundred dollars more in materials. Not worth it considering all of the other projects on my “wish list” — chief among them, new windows.
